1000 Blocks
Imagine Tetris, but with a twist
You don’t have to hurry, you don’t have to make split-second decisions. But you have to play just as tactical, because ultimately 1000 Blocks is about removing lines, just as the classic. You have all the same shapes and sizes, but need to fit them on a prefabricated playing field with already existing immovable stone formations. Your goal then is to remove these stone formations from the screen by filling the respective rows or columns with the shapes this game provides you. Once a column or row is full, it disappears, including the stone pieces. Once you have removed all the stones from the playing field you will move on to the next level. If you get stuck or don’t have any moves left, once per level you have the chance to use lucky wheel and receive a power up, which will help you free up some space on the field. Of course you can use that power-up anytime you want, even before you get stuck. Each of those can destroy one or more of the stones, depending on what the lucky wheel will give you. But if we were to give one single advice for the game, it would be this: don’t use the power-up until you really need it. It can make the difference between high score and game over. It’s immensely valuable when used at the right time. So what’s your high score? How many levels can you beat?
The 1000 Blocks game on Play123 has a leaderboard for saving scores.
