Right as I entered the ruthless land of Murder Mafia it opened up with its very simple yet engaging gameplay. The motivation is simple: kill the big mafia don, and step into his shoes, all at the push of a single button. It was exciting to play a game where deception was necessary for advancement, and the pursuit of traitors among us was suspenseful and kept me on the edge of my seat. What I found that I really like were the countless situations that developed, each needed a different approach and acute single-mindedness to go along with the deception, as the saying went, to paraphrase when the description on the game. Its developer, Iclickgames, has a specialty in making casual survival games and it shows in the intuitive design and play. Based on my research, others who played the game had similar opinions, commending it for its replayability and the mental acrobatics it took to survive. While some would say Murder Mafia is another game of the genre, I see it as its own unique animal. You can never really know when a traitor will strike, which keeps the game exciting. Its like a game of cat and mouse, where you are the cat and the mouse! Now that is a hilarious thought isn’t it?
