Dipping a toe into Rainforest Adventure ready for the same old casual match-3, but oh my, was I in for something special! Diving into the thicket of this dense digital jungle felt like a double expresso for my mind – awakening and full of surprises. I understand some players have been complaining about the lack of a scoring system. Who doesn’t want credit for their genius high-scores? But to be completely fair, it doesn’t stop the game from being a blast.
I’m a bit of a match-3 fiend and here the levels felt sufficiently challenging to keep me on my toes but not to send me hurling my keyboard through the window. And, when my friend Kevin, who never completes the level without a laundry list of fresh and inventive expletives rained down on the folks upstairs, gives a head nod of respect to the puzzle design, it’s saying something. There are murmurs about losing progress, which sucks But my experience was smooth sailing, maybe because I have an uncanny knack for technological harmony?
In short, Rainforest Adventure is an exuberant romp through a puzzle-filled jungle that rewards every click.

Well it sucks. All my progress has gone, back to square one after weeks of playing...? Why?
