    Basic Terms of Use for PlayBuddy AI Chatbot on Play123, Version (v. 1.0)

    These terms (referred to as "Chatbot Terms") apply to all users interacting with the PlayBuddy AI chatbot on Play123 (hereinafter referred to as "PlayBuddy" or "the Chatbot"). By using PlayBuddy, users agree to the terms below, which supplement and align with the General Terms of Use of Play123.

    I. DEFINITIONS

    Chatbot Terms: These specific rules govern the usage of PlayBuddy, forming a binding agreement between the user and Popcom d.o.o.
    Provider: Popcom d.o.o., the owner and administrator of the PlayBuddy AI chatbot service.
    User: Any person who interacts with the PlayBuddy AI chatbot.

    II. PURPOSE OF THE CHATBOT

    PlayBuddy is designed to assist users in finding games and provide information about games on Play123. PlayBuddy’s responses are generated based on AI programming and are intended for informational purposes only.

    III. ACCEPTABLE USE

    Users agree to use PlayBuddy in a respectful manner. The following actions are prohibited:

    Abusive Language or Behavior: Users must not use offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language when interacting with PlayBuddy.
    Misuse of the Chatbot’s Purpose: Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the functionality of PlayBuddy beyond its intended purpose is strictly prohibited.
    Unlawful Use: Users must comply with all applicable laws and refrain from any activity that could harm PlayBuddy, Play123, or other users.

    IV. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING

    PlayBuddy may collect certain data points (such as user interactions and game preferences) to improve user experience. Personal data collected through PlayBuddy is governed by Play123’s Privacy Policy, which complies with relevant data protection laws.

    Do Not Enter Sensitive or Private Data: PlayBuddy is not intended to handle sensitive or private information. Users should refrain from entering personal, financial, health-related, or any other sensitive data while using PlayBuddy, as the service does not provide secure data storage for such information.

    V. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

    Information Accuracy: Responses from PlayBuddy are generated by AI algorithms and may not always be accurate. The Provider disclaims liability for any inaccuracies or misinterpretations resulting from the use of PlayBuddy.

    Model Evolution: PlayBuddy is part of a continuously evolving AI model, and responses may change over time as the AI is improved.

    No Guarantees on Availability: PlayBuddy may be unavailable periodically due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues, without prior notice.

    User Responsibility: Users interact with PlayBuddy at their own risk. The Provider is not responsible for decisions or actions taken based on Chatbot recommendations.

    Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: PlayBuddy is not designed to replace professional advice or services in any specialized field. Users should not rely solely on information from PlayBuddy for making decisions without consulting appropriate professional resources.

    Limitation of Liability for Indirect Damages: The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, data loss, or other consequential damages resulting from the use of PlayBuddy.

    VI. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

    The Provider reserves the right to modify these Chatbot Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be made available on Play123, and continued use of PlayBuddy implies acceptance of the revised terms.

    VII. TERMINATION

    The Provider reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user’s access to PlayBuddy for any breach of these Chatbot Terms or actions deemed abusive or disruptive to the service.

    VIII. FEEDBACK AND IMPROVEMENT

    Users are encouraged to provide feedback to help improve PlayBuddy. Any feedback submitted may be used internally by the Provider to enhance the functionality of the Chatbot and improve user experience.
